This position enhances client recovery by providing well-balanced, attractive meals and snack trays from a planned menu for a 65-bed residential facility for clients, guests, and staff. This is a benefit eligible position. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalency; one (1) year experience as a cook, preferably in an institutional kitchen setting; knowledge of established Federal, State, and local food service procedures, policies, and regulations; current food handling and preparation certificate; a current AK Driver's license and acceptable criminal and driving histories required; ability to drive a van proficiently.
