ARCH currently has positions open and is looking for quality applicants. Milieu Specialist: Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment as well as ensuring the safety and security for the clients. Providing behavioral interventions to residences using such tools as setting clear boundaries and limits and enforcing program rules under the guidance of supervisory staff. Providing crisis intervention services as needed within guidelines doing so with the supervision of a member of the treatment team. Provides input to the treatment team regarding behavior and maintains close communication with the counseling team to ensure a therapeutic environment. Varied full-time shifts available Starting Pay Rate $12.00 minimum depending on education/experience Minimum Qualifications: 1. Ability to perform duties and responsibilities described herein. 2. (2) two years relevant experience preferred. 3. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Conditions of Employment: 1. Availability for day and evening shifts. 2. Auto insurance coverage in accordance to agency requirements. 3. Must pass the State of Alaska Background check. 4. Alaska Driver's License, with clean driving record in accordance with agency's insurance company standards. 5. Must be punctual and reliable. 6. Must be 21 years of age in accordance with the State of Alaska regulations for residential care centers. 7. Must have initial TB test.
