Data Management Assistant (The Salvation Army) 18 Mar 2011, 8:53 am The Salvation Army Human Resources Department is seeking an experienced data processing/data entry individual to prioritize, organize, and process assignments efficiently and effectively and to assist with employee related events and special projects. Must be proficient in administrative office procedures and computer operations with particular emphasis on data entry and electronic file management. This is a part time, 24 hours per week, non-exempt position. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalency Two years of responsible administrative experience, including data entry and electronic data management systems Knowledge in human resources related administrative areas; familiarity with labor laws Ability to meet strict confidentiality requirements associated with personnel files and sensitive employee information Ability to handle multiple projects and remain detail oriented Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written communications, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Proficiency and accuracy in computer usage including spreadsheet and data base programs, and knowledge of and/or experience in working with electronic recordkeeping and files.
